Circular Patterns
Make a canvas, say 400x400 pixels. Now create a new layer (ctrl+shift+n) then take a custom shape (like a flower or something like that) and try to place the bottom of the shape to the center of the canvas.
Now press ctr+t (that is Free Transform) and drag the reference point to the middle bottom border! In the set rotation text box, enter 15.
Press ctr+shift+t until u get a circular pattern
Now u can select all the layers(by holding shift) and merge them then you can do some effects on the pattern!
